It's never too late for you to change your mind.
Consistency is the key to creating healthy routines and rhythms.
Consistency is tough.
Your weight will fluctuate, and this is OK. (The goal is healthy, not skinny).
Anxiety is a whole lot harder than you initially thought it would be.
Anxiety is actually just fear of the future or the unknown.
Bravery is doing the thing even if you're scared.
Hard conversations get easier the more you practice having them.
High school is not the best years of your life.
(Neither is college.)
A good therapist is like a good pastor in that they know exactly what to say and when you need to hear them say it.
God has not forgotten you.
Books are cheaper on Kindle, but not nearly as fun to read.
Life moves faster when you're paying your own bills.
You are not responsible for other's: thoughts, emotions, opinions, actions.
You control nothing in this life except for yourself.
Travel, coffee, cheese pizza, and a new book will cure a variety of ills.
You have too many fluffy blankets.
You are not a body with a soul -- you are a soul with your body.
God is still with you even in the wilderness.
Your faith is not dependent on how you feel.
We repeat what we don't repair.
Your only real job is to make everything around you brighter.
